Is Mnemonic real-time?

Yes. Mnemonic delivers real-time data as soon as it's confirmed on-chain (transactions accepted and blocks confirmed).

The SLA is under 2 minutes.

What collections does Mnemonic support?

All of them. We do not pick and choose which collections to support. We index and process all available data such that users get an instant access to all NFTs that have ever been created on the blockchain.

Does Mnemonic rely on any 3rd party data providers?

No. Our infrastructure, including blockchain nodes, is fully built and constantly optimized by our team to ensure efficiency and high SLAs.

How does Mnemonic get its data?

We get data directly from the blockchain and are operating our own cluster of nodes for redundancy and reliability. The data that we collect includes all historical data, every transaction, event, trace, log and contract from block zero.

We support and decode all major contract standards, which includes, but not limited to ERC20, ERC721, ERC1155 and more. The decoding is typically done in real-time, which means when a new contract is deployed to the blockchain it will be available in our APIs within a couple of minutes.

If you found a contract that is missing or not decoded properly, please submit the request for decoding at https://forms.gle/w9PiG16oJvF3y6BX7.

It will take us between 24-48 hours to review and make changes.

What off-chain data does Mnemonic provide?

Mnemonic crawls and indexes off-chain token metadata that is stored on 3rd party servers or IPFS.

Does Mnemonic provide historical data?

Yes. Full historical data is available for querying.

Does Mnemonic remove any data?

No. We do not remove or curate data in any way.

What blockchains does Mnemonic support?

Today, Mnemonic supports Ethereum. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive breadth of support for the top NFT chains, so stay tuned for news on support for additional chains soon!

Does Mnemonic impose any limits on the response data?

No, our users get access to full historical data without limits.

We do, however, limit the number of records returned per response, which is capped at 500 records.
